Cinematography the shots seem to be close up shots of stop motion animation using some kind of particles kin order to represent the different things that are taking place in the video.
Story:Seems to be a experimental kind of story while not actually telling a narrative it appears to be almost telling a bunch of short stories which would not normally be considered short stories such as the generation of cells.There is hardly a structure to the story as it is not a traditional story with a bunch of other worldly events happening such as a butterfly flapping onto the screen made of pure particles.
Sound
The sound is key in this as every single movement shown to us has a sound behind it which allows us to get even further immersed into the short.
